Dr. Gray is VP Diversity Outreach & Community Engagement, Dallas SCORE Headquarters. She is responsible for recruiting and providing assistance in business planning and proposals, business certifications, registrations and business financial packaging for minority, women owned businesses, disabled and veteran businesses.

Business Presentations

Design, develop and implement presentation packages for business and nonprofits, using MS PowerPoint or transparencies. Develop business plans for community and economic development corporations.

Set-up Nonprofits

Prepare necessary nonprofit incorporation documents and applications for state/federal tax-exempt status, including but not limited to Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, 501(c)(3) Status and Strategic Business Planning.

Grant Research

Identify funding opportunities for project concepts. We follow grant and foundation availability and ensure that the funding opportunity is suitably matched to the organization.

Grant Writing

Provide grant writing in all types of funding initiatives including federal, state, county, city, private foundation and corporate giving.

Grant Management

Fulfill requirements of funding providers as required by funding proposals. Provide technical assistance in preparing quarterly reports to satisfy granting requirements. Provide individual and group training on office procedures and record keeping, organizational referrals and activity documentation.

Workshops Provide individual and group training on grant research and writing, volunteer management, collaboration workshops, and other specific related workshops and seminars. We will design specifically for your organizational needs.
